DISCLAIMER:  In consideration of your accepting my entry, I for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, do hereby waive and release Crestwood Baptist Church, Oldham County Festival Run/YMCA of Greater Louisville, Fastline Publications, LLC, and Apple Patch Community Inc., its agents, directors, officers, employees and volunteers, all event sponsors, and any others involved with promoting this race, their successors, representatives and assigns, from any and all damage arising from my participation in the Run and Walk Events.  I hereby represent that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in participating in this event and that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in this event.
